Philippians 4:8 (ESV) – Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
Philippians 4:6-9– Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. 9 …And the God of peace will be with you.

Amygdala—Part Brain Wired for Survival
Fight, Flight, Freeze or Fawn.
Prefrontal Cortex—Logic part brain – planning, decision making, working memory, personality expression, moderating social behavior and controlling certain aspects of speech and language.

All we can do now is PRAY—Prayer is Powerful!
Not only does prayer move the heart of God.
But prayer also changes the chemistry in your brain.
